threadfork is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that threadfork will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees about accuracy of transcriptions or AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, threadfork and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.
